Great Dane

Originating from Germany, the Great Dane is known as the “Apollo of Dogs”. They were bred to hunt boards and are good guardians. In spite of the size they are referred to as gentle giants and are playful and good with children. However, the owner of these pet breed must be willing to accommodate the dog’s great size with respect to space and feeding. They are sleek and elegant, also have an athletic and muscular body. They are eager to please and people-oriented. They typically need daily exercise thus not necessary for a huge yard for it to play-in. Their short life span takes a huge space in your heart in a short span of your life.
